Ya still haven't fixed the "Achos" in your Archos item.

Policies

General Repair:
A $20 Intake (Diagnostic) Fee is due at time of check in before any work will be done. After which we have a 48 hour turn around from time of drop-off. This does not mean it will be finished within 48 hours, it is just an estimate. Once a machine is dropped off, expect to be able to pick it up at the END of two business days.
Any issues with work done by Computer Barn LTD must be reported to the company within 7 business days from the date the equipment was retrieved from the company. After 7 business days Computer Barn LTD is NOT liable for any issues. No exceptions to this policy are allowed.

Any items left longer than thirty (30) days after drop-off become property of Computer Barn LTD.

Reloads:
Reloads consist of formatting the hard drive, in doing so all data is removed. Data can be retrieved from the hard drive if it is physically intact before the reload takes place. Pricing for data retrieval can be found Here

Warranties:
Warranty on New Systems is 1 Years parts and labor. A 3 (1st year + 2 year additional years) Year Extended warranty covering parts and labor is available at time of purchase. Warranty on New Products is handled by the manufacturer of the product. Warranty on used systems and equipment is 30 days unless otherwise marked. All Warranties cover Hardware failure ONLY. Computer Barn LTD reserves the right to repair or replace the defective parts or equipment with equal or similar value model. Batteries are not covered under this warranty. Natural disasters and acts of God which can consist of but not limited to the following: Lightning, Floods, Fire, Etc are not covered under any warranties.

Software is not covered under any warranty, and if a system comes back with customer related problems, the standard shop rates apply to repair the system.

All warranties are judged to be void if the problem was caused when persons other than Computer Barn LTD added hardware, software or deleted files.

Returns:
New & Used Products

All returns on new and used products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. With in 15 days from purchase date, all returns will be issued store credit or an exchange. Cash refunds are only available within the first seven (7) days and MUST be APPROVED by the Manager NO EXCEPTIONS. No returns on Special order items.

New Laptop Products

All returns on New Laptops and Laptop Products are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. All returns may be issued store credit or an exchange. Cash refunds are only available within the first seven (7) days. The unit MUST be Shipped back and a credit from the company must be issued before a refund can be made to the customer. This process take approximately seven (7) days, NO EXCEPTIONS. No returns on Special order items.
